Looking back towards the city across Northern Tokyo Bay, Tokyo Tower emerges from a groundless plane, yet it is our anchor landmark. Although taller than the Eiffel, it is lost when embedded in the city’s typographic contours. Only its colour poses as a questionable impression.”
